Refund Policy

💸 Refund & Return Policy – RozDeal

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

RozDeal is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every order. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Perishable Items: Fruits, vegetables, milk, bakery, and other fresh items can only be returned at the time of delivery if found damaged, expired, or of poor quality. Once accepted, they are non-returnable.

  • Non-Perishable Items: Packaged goods, groceries, household items, hardware, and other non-perishable items can be returned within 24 hours of delivery if they are:

    • Damaged

    • Incorrect item delivered

    • Expired product


2. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated once the returned product is received and verified by our team.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.) within 5–7 working days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via RozDeal Wallet balance or bank transfer.


3. Exchange / Replacement

  • If you receive a defective or wrong product, RozDeal will arrange a replacement at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.

  • If replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed.


4. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Opened food packets, dairy, and frozen items.

  • Medicines, healthcare products, and personal hygiene items (due to safety regulations).

  • Special discounted/clearance sale items (unless defective).


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch via the app/website.

  • If cancelled after dispatch, standard return rules will apply.

  • RozDeal reserves the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspicious activity.
