📜 Terms & Conditions – RozDeal

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Welcome to RozDeal! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application, website, and services. By using RozDeal, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to use RozDeal services.

  • By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Orders & Pricing

  • Product prices are subject to change based on market fluctuations.

  • RozDeal reserves the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing or stock unavailability.

  • Orders once placed cannot be modified but may be cancelled before dispatch.

3. Payments

  • RozDeal accepts multiple payment methods: UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, COD (if available).

  • For COD, you must pay the full order value at the time of delivery.

  • Any payment disputes should be reported within 48 hours of the transaction.

4. Delivery

  • Deliveries are available within specified locations and time slots.

  • While we aim for 40–60 minutes delivery, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other factors.

  • RozDeal is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Perishable items (milk, vegetables, fruits, etc.) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Non-perishable items are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Use of Platform

  • Users must not misuse RozDeal by creating false accounts, placing fake orders, or engaging in fraudulent activity.

  • RozDeal reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these Terms.

7. Delivery Partners

  • Delivery agents are third-party partners working with RozDeal.

  • Customers must treat delivery partners with respect. Any harassment, abuse, or non-payment may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • RozDeal shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or issues beyond our control.

  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, designs, content, and technology used in RozDeal are our intellectual property.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Narsinghpur, Madhya Pradesh.

11. Changes to Terms

  • RozDeal may update these Terms from time to time.

  • Users will be notified of major changes via app notification or email.
